Approach.
Miriam Vogt drafts general terms and conditions, supply and framework agreements, commercial agency and authorised dealer contracts, and advises on supply chains including the German Supply Chain Act. In real estate she handles commercial leases, construction contracts under the BGB and VOB/B, and property transactions; complex construction and procurement mandates are handled in cooperation with external specialists.
To her, contracts are operating equipment: they have to work in day-to-day business, not only in a dispute. She therefore tests clauses against the company's actual processes.
