Sophie Albrecht reviews and drafts software, SaaS and data processing agreements, prepares GDPR documentation and supports trademark and unfair competition proceedings. In commercial law she contributes to reviews of general terms and conditions and to distribution agreements.

She combines contract work with a technical grasp of data flows and system architectures — a prerequisite for mapping processing and data transfers correctly. Her drafts are reviewed by the partners in charge of the mandate.
